Report Milestones - Driving Results Through Strategy
The FY2024–2025 ESG Report, “It’s in Our DNA” provides updated information on the progress and priorities of our ACTION GUESS strategy, which is driven by our efforts to continuously Imagine, Innovate, and Inspire in everything we do. In FY2025, the ACTION GUESS strategy was refined to sharpen ESG targets, ensuring greater clarity, relevance, and alignment with short- and mid-term business objectives. These updates are designed to focus our efforts on the topics where we can have the greatest impact.
Our fine-tuned ACTION GUESS strategy continues to guide the integration of ESG concepts throughout the business.
This report was prepared in accordance with globally recognized frameworks, including the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Universal Standards, the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), and the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Protocol. It also references the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to ensure broader alignment with global sustainability efforts.
In line with our goals, independent third-party reviewers have continued to provide reasonable assurance, reinforcing the reliability and transparency of our ESG disclosures.

This Interim Report highlights the steps we have taken and our progress toward achieving the goals outlined in our ACTION GUESS Strategy, which is designed to drive meaningful improvements across our operations and strengthen our commitment to responsible business practices. By publishing this Interim Report, we aim to maintain transparency, foster accountability, and actively engage our stakeholders in our journey toward a more sustainable future.

This statement highlights our progress toward the emissions targets set in our ACTION GUESS Strategy, reinforcing our dedication to minimizing environmental impact and advancing a low-carbon future.

Report Milestones - Industry Innovation
In our new FY2022 - 2023 ESG Report, GUESS continues to be an industry leader in ESG reporting. We have continued to improve our assurance framework from the previous report, as well as reporting following the updated GRI 2021 standard.
For this report we completed our first Double Materiality assessment, and updated our comprehensive ESG strategy taking into account the results from the assessment.
With all these changes and improvements we have received a reasonable assurance from independent third party reviewers.

Report Milestones - Industry leadership
In our FY2020 - 2021 report we became industry leaders in sustainability reporting. In the report we published our first long-term sustainability strategy, VISION GUESS, to guide us through our journey.
We fully developed our assurance framework, and began reporting following the SASB framework. With all these changes and improvements we were able to receive a reasonable assurance from independent third party reviewers.

In our FY2018 - 2019 report we shared our continued progress in meeting our special sustainability targets. We aligned with the industry best practices joining the CDP and HRC, and began reporting on circularity.
We implemented reporting best practices, and were able to receive a limited assurance from independent third party reviewers.

Report Milestones - Getting started
In our FY2016 - 2017 report we published our first sustainability plan, as well as our first global carbon inventory. We were GRI pioneers, using the framework to prepare an effective and accurate report.
This work paid off, with the report receiving a limited assurance from independent third party reviewers.
