Policies and Resources
Our sourcing and responsible production policies are at the heart of reducing our supply chain impacts. These policies aim to promote the uptake of production processes and raw materials which follow the highest environmental and social standards. By having our suppliers follow these policies, GUESS can play a positive role in helping protect the Environment, Workers, and Communities.
In addition, our corporate policies are essential in shaping a workforce that reflects our core values of integrity, accountability, and respect. These frameworks guide not only our internal operations but also extend throughout our value chain, ensuring ethical conduct, respect for human dignity, and responsible environmental stewardship. Together, they help us foster a workplace and supply network where people are treated fairly, labor rights are upheld, and sustainable practices are embedded into everyday decision-making.
